2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a full refund under our standard return policy, items must satisfy the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unused, and sellable condition.
• The product must include all original packaging, tags, instruction manuals, accessories, and protective seals.
• Proof of purchase (Order Number or Marketplace Purchase Receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

For health, safety, and operational reasons, the following item categories are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival:

• Personal care, hygiene, or grooming items that have been unsealed.
• Perishable products or goods with an expired shelf life.
• Gift cards, downloadable software products, or clearance final-sale items.

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, Muqeet Solutions LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
• Buyer Discretion / Change of Mind: If you elect to return an item due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping postage costs.

6. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your returned parcel is delivered to our receiving hub, our warehouse team will inspect the item within 1 to 3 business days.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, or Marketplace Balance). Financial institutions typically take 3 to 5 business days to post the credited funds to your bank statement.
